This agreement outlines the responsibilities and expectations for schools using Skylinks Golf Course facilities. By scheduling and participating in practices or matches at Skylinks, schools and their representatives agree to the following terms.
✅ General Expectations
- All student-athletes must be supervised by a coach or responsible adult at all times.
- Coaches are responsible for maintaining discipline, safety, and course etiquette among players.
- All guests must follow staff instructions and respect course policies.
- Damage to property, unsafe conduct, or failure to comply may result in termination of access.
🏌️ Facility Use Guidelines
- Students must stay within designated practice or play areas.
- Teams are expected to repair ball marks, fill divots, and return equipment when provided.
- Range balls may only be used in the driving range area.
- Personal speakers, carts, or unauthorized vehicles are not allowed without prior approval.
- Skyroom access (if arranged) must be kept clean and used respectfully.
📅 Scheduling & Communication
- All team use must be scheduled in advance and confirmed with Skylinks staff.
- Practices and matches must start and end within the agreed time windows.
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Make-up sessions are subject to availability and not guaranteed.
🧾 Payment & Invoicing
- Schools will receive a season quote based on expected attendance and practice dates.
- Invoices are typically sent at the end of the season unless otherwise arranged.
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice.
- Final charges are based on actual attendance or minimum guarantees as agreed.
📄 Insurance Requirement
All schools are required to provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Skylinks Golf Course as an additional insured. This must be submitted before the start of the season. The COI should include:
“Skylinks Golf Course must be listed as an additional insured party on the Certificate of Insurance.”
⚠️ Prohibited Activities
- No outside food or drink unless approved in writing
- No unsupervised minors
- No pets, motorized scooters, or non-golf vehicles on the course
- No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the premises
📝 Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in scheduled practices or matches at Skylinks Golf Course, the school and its staff acknowledge this policy and agree to comply with all listed requirements. Formal signatures may be collected during onboarding, but continued use of the facility implies acceptance of this agreement.
