These Official Rules apply to every giveaway run by Skylinks at Buchanan Fields, on our website, by email to Skylinks Insiders, on social media or on site. Each giveaway’s announcement lists its prize, entry method and dates. Where the announcement and these Rules differ, the announcement’s specific details apply and these Rules cover everything else.
1. No purchase necessary
No purchase or payment of any kind is needed to enter or win. Buying something does not improve your chances. Every giveaway has a free way to enter: email lc@skylinksgolf.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry”, your name and your phone number, unless the announcement gives another free method.
2. Sponsor
Buchanan Fields Golf Course dba Skylinks Golf, 1091 Concord Ave, Concord, CA 94520. (925) 682-1846.
3. Who can enter
Legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Skylinks employees and contractors, and their immediate family and household members, cannot enter. Void where prohibited.
4. Entry period and limits
Each giveaway starts and ends on the dates and times (Pacific Time) in its announcement. One entry per person per giveaway unless the announcement says otherwise. Entries from bots, fake accounts or multiple identities are disqualified.
5. Picking winners and odds
Winners are drawn at random from all eligible entries within 7 days after the giveaway ends. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6. Prizes
Prizes and their approximate retail value are listed in each announcement. Prizes never include alcohol. Prizes can’t be transferred or swapped for cash; Skylinks may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for any taxes. If a winner’s prizes total $600 or more in a year, they must provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive a Form 1099.
7. Notifying winners
We contact winners by email, phone or direct message. Winners have 72 hours to respond and accept, or we may pick an alternate winner. Winners may need to show ID to collect a prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winners agree that Skylinks may share their first name, last initial and city as the winner. We will ask before using a winner’s photo.
9. Social media
Giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed or run by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform. By entering, you release those platforms from any responsibility.
10. General
Skylinks may disqualify anyone who tampers with entries or breaks these Rules, and may cancel or change a giveaway if fraud, technical failure or anything outside our control affects it. To the extent the law allows, Skylinks is not responsible for lost or late entries, or for any injury or loss from taking part or using a prize. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. These Rules are governed by California law.
11. Winners list
For the name of a giveaway’s winner, email lc@skylinksgolf.com within 60 days after the giveaway ends.
