Eligibility and Required Documents
Before submitting a seasonal request, confirm each item below is ready.
- School and coach contact information.
- Requested season window and preferred weekday/time blocks.
- Estimated roster size and practice frequency.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI), when required by school/district policy.
- Billing contact for school or athletic department.
Registration Steps for Coaches
- Submit your seasonal facility request form.
- Receive confirmation and follow-up from LC (Pro Shop Manager).
- Finalize schedule blocks, team counts, and usage expectations.
- Submit any missing documents (including COI if required).
- Receive final seasonal approval and start date details.
