Program Overview

  • Public 9-hole facility for team practices and match play.
  • Season-based scheduling coordinated with Pro Shop management.
  • Coach-managed registration for all school golf teams using the facility.

Eligibility and Required Documents

Before submitting a seasonal request, confirm each item below is ready.

  • School and coach contact information.
  • Requested season window and preferred weekday/time blocks.
  • Estimated roster size and practice frequency.
  • Certificate of Insurance (COI), when required by school/district policy.
  • Billing contact for school or athletic department.

Incomplete requests slow placement and schedule approval.

Registration Steps for Coaches

  1. Submit your seasonal facility request form.
  2. Receive confirmation and follow-up from LC (Pro Shop Manager).
  3. Finalize schedule blocks, team counts, and usage expectations.
  4. Submit any missing documents (including COI if required).
  5. Receive final seasonal approval and start date details.

Typical first response target: 1 to 2 business days.
