Paid in Full to Book

There’s no deposit. Your booking is paid in full at the time of booking. Prices are per booking slot, plus tax.

Confirming Your Date

Your date is confirmed once we have your payment and your signed rental agreement. Our events team gets back to your request within 1–2 business days.

Setup Is Part of Your Slot

Setup time is included in your booked time block, so plan your setup and your party within your slot.

Event Spaces: 30+ Days Out

Cancel the Event Tent, Skyroom or Hangar more than 30 days before your event for a full refund.

Event Spaces: Within 30 Days

Inside 30 days we can’t refund, but you can reschedule your event at no extra cost.

Sky Suites

Cancel before 5pm Pacific, 15 days before your reservation, for a full refund.

No Outside Alcohol

We operate under a California ABC license, so outside alcohol isn’t allowed anywhere on the property, including the parking lot. If it’s brought in, the booking ends, guests are asked to leave, there’s no refund and a minimum $500 fine applies. All alcohol must be bought at Skylinks.

No Alcohol for Anyone Under 21

Skylinks sits on federal land. No alcohol may be served, bought for or made available to anyone under 21, including guests in your own party.

Food & Cake

Outside food and cakes are welcome. Add The Cantina for your own cash bar, or grab drinks from our bar.

Decorations

Decorate away, with three exceptions: no open flames, no confetti or glitter, and no nails, tape or tacks on walls or surfaces.

Damage & Cleanup

Damage, extra mess or rule breaks in our event spaces carry a minimum $500 fine, or the full cost of repair and cleaning if that’s more. Fines are invoiced after the event and due within 5 business days.

Bounce Houses

For safety, bounce houses come down when winds top 13 mph, including gusts. Kids on the bounce houses need adult supervision at all times.

Event Types

Skylinks operates on county property, so we can’t host religious or political events, services or fundraisers.

Shared Spaces & Parking

Our patio, fire pits and Kid Zone are open to everyone and can’t be reserved. Parking is free.

Fire Pit

Your fire pit is run by our staff. Please don’t adjust the fire features.

Range Safety

Follow the posted driving range rules. Staff may stop anyone from hitting if they’ve been drinking and it isn’t safe.

TVs & Furniture

Please don’t move the TVs or mounted equipment, or stick anything to furniture, TVs or walls.
