Pricing and Deposits

  • Total booking fee: $350 ($250 rental + $100 cleaning fee).
  • Booking payment: 100% due at confirmation.
  • Security deposit: $200 refundable after post-event inspection.

Cancellation: full refund for cancellations made 30 or more days before event date. Within 30 days, deposit is forfeited but date rebooking may be available.

  • Maximum capacity: up to 49 guests (layout dependent).
  • Typical setup window: up to 2 hours before event, subject to availability.
  • Outside food is allowed. Outside alcohol is not permitted.
  • Tables/chairs and ice support are available; final setup is coordinated during booking.

Can we bring outside food?

Yes. Outside food is allowed.

Can we bring outside alcohol?

No. Outside alcohol is not permitted.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible. Weekend dates and prime evening times fill first.

How fast do we hear back after submitting the form?

Most inquiries receive a response within 1 to 2 business days.
