School Use Agreement and Policies
Operational standards for school teams using Skylinks facilities.
Purpose
This agreement defines use expectations for school golf teams, coaches, and affiliated staff. It is intended to protect player safety, preserve facility quality, and keep scheduling fair across all participating programs.
Eligibility and Program Contacts
- School programs must register through the seasonal request process before using the facility.
- Each program must designate one primary coach/contact for scheduling and policy communication.

Required Documentation
- School and coach contact information.
- Season dates, expected participation levels, and requested usage windows.
- Billing contact for the school or athletic department.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI), when required by school or district policy.
Scheduling and Facility Use
- Access is granted only for approved dates, times, and participant counts.
- Schedule updates must be communicated as early as possible through the designated program contact.
- Facility operations and public play needs may require schedule adjustments with notice.
Conduct and Safety Standards
- Coaches are responsible for player supervision and behavior for the full duration of team use.
- Players and staff must follow posted range, short-game area, and course safety instructions.
- Any incident, injury, or property damage must be reported to Pro Shop staff immediately.
Fees, Payment, and Accountability
- Approved rates and billing terms are communicated during seasonal setup.
- The designated school billing contact is responsible for timely payment and account coordination.
- Repeated no-shows, non-payment, or policy violations may result in suspension of access.
Acknowledgment and Support
By proceeding with seasonal registration and facility use, the school program acknowledges and agrees to these policies.
