Skylinks Golf Course – Facility Use Policy & Disclaimer
✅ General Use Policy
- All users must follow instructions from Skylinks staff and respect posted signage.
- Guests must conduct themselves in a safe, respectful, and sportsmanlike manner.
- Property damage or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.
- Unauthorized group activity may be stopped or removed.
🧾 Reservations & Groups
- Group reservations must be scheduled in advance and approved by management.
- Minors must be supervised by adults at all times.
- Organized use (schools, tournaments, etc.) requires a formal agreement.
⚠️ Liability & Risk
- Use of Skylinks facilities involves inherent risk.
- Skylinks is not liable for injuries, lost items, or accidents.
- Guests accept all risks and agree to indemnify Skylinks from related claims.
🛡 Insurance Requirement for Groups
- Groups may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming Skylinks as additional insured.
- This will be communicated during booking.
🚫 Prohibited Activities
- No outside alcohol, food vendors, smoking, vaping, or open flames.
- No motorized vehicles outside designated areas.
- No damage or tampering with golf course property.
📅 Cancellations & Refunds
- Subject to terms at the time of booking.
- Weather closures handled at management discretion.
📍 Right to Refuse Use
- Skylinks reserves the right to refuse facility use to any individual or group not in compliance with these terms.
