Skylinks Golf Membership Terms and Conditions (2026)

Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are effective as of November 19th, 2025, for all memberships purchased under the 2026 Skylinks Golf Membership program at SKYLINKS at Buchanan Fields. By purchasing a membership, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Overview

  • The 2026 Skylinks Golf Memberships are available in three tiers: Base, Pro, and VIP, as detailed in the membership flyer.
  • Membership benefits include access to driving range buckets, free golf rounds, priority tee time bookings, exclusive merchandise access, discounts on private lessons, green fees, drive cart rentals, alcohol and drinks, pro shop retail, function/event bookings, and free push cart rentals, as specified for each tier.
  • Membership validity: Free access for Daily Buckets for the remainder of 2025 (from date of purchase) plus the full calendar year of 2026 (January 1 to December 31, 2026).
  • Early Bird pricing ($699 for Base, $749 for Pro, $1199 for VIP) is available until December 15, 2025. After this date, increased pricing may apply, subject to availability.

2. Eligibility and Application

  • Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is a Member, but benefits are non-transferable.
  • To apply, complete the membership form and provide valid identification. Skylinks reserves the right to refuse or revoke membership at its discretion for any reason, including violation of course rules or these Terms.

3. Payment Terms

  • All memberships require full upfront payment for the entire 2026 year (plus any remaining 2025 period) at the time of purchase. No monthly payment options are available at this time.
  • Payments are non-refundable except as outlined in Section 7.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card or debit card. Cash payments are not accepted for memberships.
  • Prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Benefits and Usage

  • Benefits are as listed in the membership flyer and are subject to availability. For example:
    • Driving range: One daily bucket (size varies by tier: Small/50 balls for Base, Large/75 balls for Pro, Jumbo/110 balls for VIP).
    • Free rounds: 6 for Base ($150 value), 12 for Pro ($300 value), 24 for VIP ($600 value).
    • Discounts: Apply only to specified items (e.g., 10-20% off green fees, lessons, etc., per tier).
  • Priority tee time bookings: Advance booking windows as specified (8-10 days). Bookings are not guaranteed and are first-come, first-served.
  • Membership card: Issued upon purchase. The card is personal to the Member and must be presented for all benefits. Lost or stolen cards may incur a replacement fee.

5. Exclusions and Limitations

  • This membership does not include any regular daily discounts, promotions, or pro shop specials offered to non-members or cash-paying customers. Members are not eligible for these unless explicitly stated in promotional materials.
  • Benefits do not cover additional guests, unless otherwise specified. Family members, friends, or others may not use the Member’s card or benefits.
  • No transfers: Memberships are non-transferable and non-shareable. Unauthorized use (e.g., by family, friends, or others) will result in immediate revocation without refund.
  • Exclusions: Benefits do not apply to special events, tournaments, or third-party services unless noted. Weather-related closures or maintenance may limit access without compensation.

6. Rules and Conduct

  • Members must comply with all SKYLINKS club rules, and etiquette guidelines. Violations may lead to suspension or termination.
  • Anti-fraud measures: Membership cards are for individual use only. Sharing, lending, or fraudulent use (e.g., allowing others to access benefits) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban, legal action, and forfeiture of membership fees.
  • Safety: Members are responsible for their own safety and equipment. SKYLINKS is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
  • Alcohol policy: Discounts on alcohol apply only to Members of legal drinking age. Responsible consumption is required; intoxication may result in denial of service or expulsion.

7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Termination

  • Cancellations: Memberships may be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no benefits have been used.
  • No refunds: After 7 days or upon use of any benefit, memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Termination: Skylinks may terminate a membership at any time for breach of Terms or misconduct, without refund.
  • Force majeure: In cases of unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions), SKYLINKS may suspend services but will not provide refunds. Extensions may be offered at SKYLINKS’ discretion.

8. Liability and Indemnity

  • SKYLINKS, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from membership use, except where caused by gross negligence.
  • Members agree to indemnify SKYLINKS against claims resulting from their actions or misuse of facilities.

9. Privacy and Data

  • Personal information collected during application will be used solely for membership administration and marketing communications from SKYLINKS. We comply with applicable data protection laws. Opt-out of marketing emails at any time.

10. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

  • SKYLINKS reserves the right to amend these Terms with 30 days’ notice via email or club posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
