Cancellation Policy

Tee Time Cancellation Policy — Skylinks at Buchanan Fields

We understand that plans can change. Our goal is to accommodate all guests while ensuring fairness to others who may wish to book a tee time. Please review our cancellation and no-show policy:

Cancellation Window

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled tee time to avoid charges.
  • Cancellations can be made by calling the Pro Shop at 925-682-1846 during business hours.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled tee time will be charged in full.
  • No-shows (guests who fail to appear without notice) will also be charged the full booking amount.
  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior communication will result in a forfeited tee time and will be treated as a no-show.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Customers may reschedule their tee time without penalty if the change is made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Rescheduling within the 24-hour window will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to charges.

One-Time Grace Cancellation

  • Each customer is eligible for one courtesy cancellation per calendar year, regardless of timing.
  • To redeem this courtesy, please inform the Pro Shop at the time of your cancellation.

Weather & Emergencies

  • Weather-related cancellations may be granted at the discretion of management.
  • Please contact the Pro Shop to discuss your situation.

Reservations Made Through GolfNow (Online Bookings)

  • Reservations made online through the GolfNow booking engine are subject to GolfNow’s cancellation policies and procedures.
  • Customers who booked through GolfNow must contact GolfNow directly to cancel or modify their reservation. The Pro Shop cannot process cancellations or refunds for GolfNow reservations.
  • GolfNow’s standard cancellation policy includes:
    • Full refund in the form of GolfNow credit if canceled 24+ hours in advance, if the course is closed on the day of play, if Tee Time Protection was purchased on a Hot Deal, or if you are a GolfPass+ member with an available Tee Time Protection credit.
    • Tee Time Protection (available for purchase at checkout) allows Hot Deal tee times to be canceled up to one (1) hour before play, with refunds issued as GolfNow credit.
    • Active GolfPass+ members may cancel or change up to ten (10) tee time reservations per calendar year, up to one (1) hour before play, with refunds issued as GolfNow credit.
