Q: What is included in the Skyroom rental?
A: The Skyroom rental includes:

Q: How much does it cost to rent the Skyroom?
A: The rental fee is $250 plus a $50 cleaning fee, totaling $300.
Q: Is there a reservation fee / deposit?
A: Yes. The booking fee will be paid 100% in advance on signing of event confirmation.
Q: How do I book The Skyroom at Skylinks?
A: Simply reply to this email to confirm availability and discuss your event details. A deposit will be required to secure your booking.
Q: What is the capacity of the Skyroom?
A: The Skyroom can comfortably accommodate up to 49 people, depending on the event type. Please discuss your specific needs with our event coordinator.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food (BYO). We do not provide catering services at this time.
Q: Can I bring my own alcohol?
A: No, outside alcohol is not permitted as we are under strict rules with our license with the California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control.
However, we offer a variety of over 100+ beers, wines, and ciders for purchase at our bar, and you’ll receive a 10% discount on all alcohol for your event. We can also set up a simple tab for you and even have a private cantina available at an extra charge.
Event Details
Q: What time can I access the Skyroom for setup?
A: Setup times will be coordinated based on availability. Typically, 2 hours prior to your event is allowed for setup.
Q: Is there a kitchen or food preparation area available?
A: While there isn’t a full kitchen, we do provide disposable chafing trays. Please discuss your needs with our event coordinator.
Q: Are tables and chairs provided?
A: We have 3 x 8ft tables available plus some additional black ice buckets if needed. We also have a commercial ice machine. The room setup can be customized to suit your event needs.
Q: Can I decorate the Skyroom?
A: Absolutely! You are welcome to decorate within reason. However, we do not allow:
- 🚫 Open flames
- 🚫 Confetti or glitter
- 🚫 Anything that could damage walls or surfaces (e.g., nails, tape, tacks)
Please discuss your decoration plans with our event coordinator to ensure they align with our venue guidelines.
Q: Is there parking available for my guests?
A: Yes, Skylinks has ample free parking available for you and your guests.
Q: What if I need to cancel my event?
A: Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Full refund if canceled more than 30 days in advance.
- Deposit will be forfeited if canceled within 30 days of the event but can rebook the date for FREE.

A: Yes! Your guests are welcome to enjoy:
